I met Dr. Tsoulfas the day of my epidural, I was super nervous and he was so professional and understanding, he took the time to explain the procedure and why he was doing it. I felt more comfortable and I was able to relax a bit more after speaking with him. His surgical staff was very personable, and made everything so easy going. I will definitely be going back to him. Bypass the middle man and call here to get medical coding (i.e. billing) information faster. They were very helpful and efficient with providing me with my facilities fee just a few days after my ER visit. Now if only the actual hospital could get this information from them as quickly so that they could share my doctors fee faster than the "standard" 8-10 day wait window. ...read more

Their administrative staff is horrible, and totally non-responsive. Will not return calls to RN caregivers or family, and impossible to get documentation of care provided by visiting physician. The physicians who have treated our mother are very good, but it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone who has access to patient information, can compete the necessary paperwork to transition VPA care to another provider, or answer simple questions. We've been trying to get simple records transferred to a nursing home in anther state for over 4 weeks now, with no success. We suspect that they do not relinquish patients -- and insurance payments -- easily. Once they have you, it's very difficult to move on.. Beware. ...read more

The receptionist was the most awful person I have ever dealt with over the phone! She was rude and snotty, when I tried asking her pretty basic questions as a new patient. Dr. John Miller is an amazingly knowledgeable and able physician. He really knows his stuff and has gone above & beyond for me several times. He will explain things to you in a manner that you can understand and he will talk to you for as long as you need. He will go out of his way to find out about conditions and new treatments. His "bedside manner" is caring, reassuring and gentle. I have had many doctors and he is by far the best GP I have ever had. \t\n\t\nThe office is well run, professional and friendly.
