It has taken me a week to decide if I would file a personal complaint about the service I received at your siteand Cleveland about 7:30 am. When I entered the building there was no one at the front counter at all. There was a man and his little boy eating at the tall counter, a man washing down the floors . I said "hello about 4 or 5 times and finally the floor washer said there was someone out front. A girl (I believe her name was Angie or Angela) , I could not tell because she on had a tan leather jacket and no BK cap or name tag came out front. She did not even say good morning or sorry for your wait. I handed her my coupon for a free any size coffee with an order of oatmeal. She took my money and did not ask what size coffee, would you like sugar or cream NOTHING. My order came on a tray(it was to go) I ask fro a bag, she handed me a bag. No spoon, no sugar, .
