I have to agree with the other bad reviews! Same rotten customer service and treatment from the same so called store leads. I have never been so upset over treatment and someone ripping me off I have gone to the better business bureau, fox 6, tmj4, wisn 12 and many other places to complain. What do you do when the very employee who has the terrible CS skills IS the manger?! Well, you could call and request someone higher, and because they are so ignorant-they just LOOK pretty- you have to break it down and say "who signs Jessica's Chcek?!" Then you are told, "we don't give out that info." You are REFUSING to give me corporate info?! THEN she hangs up on you. Well, that's icing on the cake. So, Better Business Bureau is one way to go, another is Google- it's real easy to find out who the owner is, Aman-DUH! I will never think of going there and bad mouth them every single chance I get.
