The atmosphere of the salon was nice and the stylists were friendly. Prices are ver reasonable. However, I had a poor experience with the quality of the service. I have dark blonde hair and I requested blonde highlights with low lights. Unfortunately, I had my hair washed and dried 4 times with the help of the owner, I paid full price, and left with my hair having an orange hue. I tried to get used to the color but decided to ask for a touch up on the highlights as the owner had offered. I felt like I was inconveniencing the owner by making that request. In fact, she suggested that I miss work to come in and get it fixed. I know there are many people who have great experiences with this salon but I would be hesitant to suggest it. ...read more
