I put weathershield windows in my new house 17 years ago. The windows I put in were engineered incorrectly and now have dry rotten out on the bottom sill. I messed around for two years with technitiions from an Eau Claire company that was to service the windows as Lyman Lumber, where I purchased everything to build the house no longer carries the window.
