I have not tried this honey yet so can't say anything about the taste. However, I am baffled about the container. there is a flip tab on the top that was sealed with a piece of tape. I took the tape off to open it and now it doesn't close. But the problem is I don't know how to open it. There is a clear plastic thing under the inoperable tab and I don't know if I am expected to cut it out or drill a hole in it or what.
