Attention Service Department: Your service man Tim was probably the most knowledgeable and efficient service person ever to work at our home. We were quite impressed with his speed zeroing on the problem and creating a fix for it. Unfortunately the repair to our refrigerator did not last, but did reveal a bad compressor before he left.
