Do not get chellac nails done there. 3 of my nails chipped after 5 days and they said there was nothing they could do because its a service they provide. I've gotten my nails done elsewhere for less and have lasted me for nearly 3 weeks! Would not recommend! Service was terrible! ...read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Yesterday I brought a friend and her daughter to Hollywood Nails (S. Military Ave, Green Bay) for their first pedicure experience. We asked how long of a wait it would be and we were told 15 minutes. After 20 minutes we were taken to our pedicure chairs where we waited for another 20 minutes. I specifically asked about callus removal and I was reassured this would be done. I said I would like the spa pedicure ($25). My toe nails were not clipped, cuticles weren't even touched and my feet were buffed very, very briefly. I had asked for a french pedicure and the white lines are uneven, on some of my toes the white lines do not completely cover my toenail, and the cotton candy colored toenail polish doesn't completely cover my toenail. My spa pedicure was completed in less than 15 minutes. I talked with a manager and he said, "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, we were very busy." I specifically said I have been there before and have been a customer for about one year. He said, "I'm sorry I don't know who worked on you." I described the woman who did my pedicure, exactly where I was sitting, etc. He said there is still nothing he can do. I will never go back and I'm letting all of the people who I have referred there know about this. I expect better quality and customer service for the $30 I paid.
