I have lived in this neighborhood with my family (including two dogs) for about 5 years. The management and maintenance are top notch and professional. Any issues that have cropped up have been quickly taken care of, usually within 24 hours. I cannot help but comment on the previous review stating how horrible it is to live here. First off smoking is not illegal. I myself smoke and go outside when I do. While I can understand being concerned for the safety of my family, the only thing she could do was move herself to another apartment. The management team could not legally ask the other renters to move as they had done nothing legally wrong. I have found that almost all of the issues that have been raised here have been handled properly and with compassion. That being said, people will be people and conflicts will occur, but I have seen how the management addresses issues and have nothing but respect and appreciation for how they conduct business. It's great to live here if you are a smoker, but if you are a non-smoker seeping secondhand smoke into your place is downright sinful. Management has done a mediocre job trying to fix the situation and even told us that we would have to move and not the smoker who moved in after us. My family has been suffering from sinus related health problems and my daughter was almost hospitalized for pneumonia. ( She has a double ear infection plus bronchitis and reduced oxygen levels.)
