I've been attempting to cancel my gym membership at fitness experience for over a year now. Instead of cancelling upon the end of my "contract" like they said they would, they continued to charge my credit card monthly. I called and they asked that I come in person to cancel it which I did (including signing a termination agreement) yet they've continued to charge my card the past 4 months. I am beyond frustrated, annoyed, and completely fed up with these people. I've since called my bank and asked them to discontinue paying this scumbag establishment, and now they are asking for back fees. Unbelievable.
