I was shopping @ Brookfield Square and decided to stop in Regis since Mastercuts was on a wait and it looked dead in Regis..now I see why. I got an all over color and cut. I told the stylist I wanted an espresso brown and my hair cut a half inch with layers...face framing layers. She even asked if I wanted a mid length bang. I responded "Yes please". When we finished I had a cut that was ALL one length, literally not a single layer. Since this took over 2 hours I had no time for her to mess around and correct it so I left. I got in the car and looked in the mirror and was mortified... I had dye splotches EVERYWHERE. My nose had specks, splotches all on my hairline and on my scalp. My hair is now fried, too. She never even rinsed the dye out completely. I had silky healthy hair before coming in here. I was better off before. What a waste of $100. Will NEVER return here. I would've been better off buying cheap damaging box dye and having a kid cut my hair. ...read more

I can't describe for horrible my experience was here. It was my birthday and wedding hair and make up trial and they never showed up as scheduled. I waited over and hour and even called one of their cell phones and never got a call back. I am grateful that it was not my wedding day. They also never called to appologize or to try to get their business back. Actually I would not go here even if someone would pay me thats how horrible it was.
