To whom it may concern: I was looking to upgrade my living arrangement and I came across West Wind Village homes. I was very impressed by what I saw. Grounds, amenities, condition of homes. I was very impressed with the manager Raquel, very professional and was impressed about her people skills, made me feel comfortable. I will soon be a tenant.
