Warm Impressions Soy Candles, Wedding Favors, Baby Shower Favors

Ordered wedding favors. After company received credit card payment, they sent me an email saying there had been a family tragedy, so they have been slow to respond. They told me the item had been on back order but was now ready to ship. When I looked them up online at the Better Business Bureau, discovered they are not accredited by the BBB and that there had been many other complaints. I emailed and called them several times to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They never answer the phone. Voice mail messages are not returned. Emails are ignored. The items were never shipped to me, nor did I ever receive a refund. Same thing has happened to others. Don't be enticed by their low prices or the positive reviews you read because they're not genuine. Please save yourself some grief and take your business elsewhere.

I have never had anything shipped to me that fast! The quality of the wedding favors was much better than expected and the prices were lower than any others I researched. I will be ordering for all of my party events and so will my friends and family.

Purchased some soy cubes and soy candle. This is my 3rd or 4th order from them obviously I like their product, but I have yet to receive my order I placed on 8/22/09, almost 1 month! Customer Service is bad, not one courtesy call or email, left several messages and emails and no response, I finally was able to communicate with someone (Hilary) on online support. I was told there was a death in the Family, but how long does a funeral or grieving last? I've been waiting 1 month and oh so patient. www.maximumscented.com
