If I could rate these people less than a star I would. They are absolutely positively unprofessional and discourteous! Their lead time dates are completely bogus, and they botched the job on my blinds TWICE! And took their sweet time coming out to rectify the situation. They have no concern or consideration for their clients, or their clients schedules. I had to constantly remind them that they still needed to finish the job in which I paid them over two thousand dollars to do. Insane right???!!! Their pricing is around $100-200 better than other companies, but I suppose it has to be in order for them to get clients.
