I've gone to this kinkos several times to enlarge photos. I need them as close to an 8x10 inch photo as possible, centered in the page. ANY place can do this! Not only do some of the staff have trouble figuring this out, one of them even refused to try! The minute I told him what I wanted, he said "I wouldn't even know how to do that. " and then "it's not possible."\t\nHe didnt even try! His attitude was "I'm not going to help you, I'm not going to give you customer service or figure it out."\t\nI wish I had gotten his name and called the manager, he was absolutely infuriating. Even more angering was that I had it done there before, and KNEW it was not only possible, but doable!\t\nThat being said, the few people that DO know how to do it, or take the time to figure it out, make a really nice print. ...read more

POWER OUTAGE=LOST DATA, LOST TIME, LOST EQUIPMENT, LOST $$

I love my business!! Asset and risk management solutions is what I do the best! When the power went out in my building, I can hear other business in the hallway groan about the spreadsheet the lost or the cool deal on a flight they tried to book online.
