He is a horrible judge - doesn't listen to evidence or decide court cases fairly. He took my neices and nephew away from their mother - even though they have been with her full time for the past 3 years, and gave her ex husband full custody. HER EX HUSBAND RAPED HER AND BEAT HER UP! He also spanks the kids with a belt or paddle until they are bruised all over their legs (CPS did nothing because he just lied to them & covered it up). He steals her taxes every year, been convicted of stealing food stamps from the government, breaks the HUD housing rules by renting out his house, continually threatens the kids and bad mouths my sister. He also moved 6 hours away from his kids, but THE JUDGE STILL AWARDED THIS VIOLENT CRIMINAL HIS KIDS, yanking them from their mother's home to live with him. He has no beds, no clothes for them, no toys, no bedrooms for them. They sleep on the floor when they visit him. They will have to quit sports, church, everything they know & Judge did not care!!!!! ...read more
