Ok...so I shop here often, as its close and usually prices are competetive. Well...while checking out one day, the gal signed me up for ulta rewards and told me I would be given a free brow wax on my birthday. Well..I went in on my birthday to get the wax and the girls told me the waxer had gone home. I thought no problem...I can come in tomorrow then? NO...They told me its only valid for my birthday. I WAS THERE ON MY BIRTHDAY....THEY WEREN'T CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A PROMISED SERVICE.
