Good selection but, prices are too high
No wonder they are always sending out coupons! I like the store, it's clean & the help is mostly friendly, but I can get things for much less through other stores. =(

birthday brow wax
Ok...so I shop here often, as its close and usually prices are competetive. Well...while checking out one day, the gal signed me up for ulta rewards and told me I would be given a free brow wax on my birthday. Well..I went in on my birthday to get the wax and the girls told me the waxer had gone home. I thought no problem...I can come in tomorrow then? NO...They told me its only valid for my birthday. I WAS THERE ON MY BIRTHDAY....THEY WEREN'T CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A PROMISED SERVICE. THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS GIVE ME A VOUCHER FOR FREE WAX SINCE I COULDN'T GET IT DONE THAT DAY....BUT NO...ALL I GOT WAS AN ""I'M SORRY"". I no longer shop there!
Paid Twice for Unhappy Service
Wanted my hair close to my original hair color and the blonde in front, but weaved with my natural color or close to it. My hair is now almost like black and I am original dirty dishwatter blonde. I said omg its too dark. Well take a few days and think on it, if you don;t like it I will fix it. Hmmm, came back not liking it but the girl says she thought she did what I wanted so I have to pay to get it fixed. The lady I thought her boss at this time says $20 not full price and I get a $45.00 bill walking out with my hair still not right and when I got home and washed the front out the weave was very uneven. I blew all this off thinking maybe it was a bad day and I don't want the girl fired, thinking this her boss. Well, next day at Kohls a lady walks up and says did she fix your hair right? I said nooo. She said same thing happened to me and she even charged me again.. Wow, that is some messed up business. Gonna call and speak with manager on this. Will keep the city posted. Will give you the girls name in the next review if this is not ironed out. For now BEWARE OF ULTA HAIR SALON
