Carpet Pros is always professional. If I have any issues, Mark addresses them. If I see something ahead of time, he says not to worry about it and that he will take care of it. First reason I chose Carpet Pros was the phone conversation I had when inquiring about their business, he was honest, listened to what I was asking and had great advice, and most of all gave me a quote over the phone, all very impressive. When they arrived on time, he looked at my carpet and was very knowledgeable about carpets, stains and how to take care of future stains myself. The selection is not the best. The pricing is to high, and the service was not what we expected. I would not recommend this company for anything that they have to offer. We were looking for carpet, and the person we talked to had very little knowledge about carpet. Did not know the difference between 6 lb rebond pad and 8 lb rebond pad.
