Dear Saints. Having relocated about 2 months ago just as I had predicted - having trouble finding another church like St John where the spirit of the Lord flows freely and the love of Christ Jesus abides. I miss your hugs and kisses and your good mornings. I miss the anointing in the praise and worship that would always sets the atmosphere. I miss all the choirs singing and needless to say the wonderful, awesome teaching/preaching of the Word of God. I am ever so grateful for the 8yrs that the Lord allowed me to attend St. John T.M.I. under the leadership of Pastor Madison as well as First Lady Deniese Madison and I can not thank them enough. Thanks to all the wonderful teachers especially my mentors Mother C. Turner and Mother Dee Faircloth. I know that God will give us a chuch home as long as we continue to Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness - He will do it.. It is sad to hear that someone was not blessed and did not feel the love of God when they came to St. John. I was recently in the city for almost two months visting,it was wonderful. I had missed the anointed singing of the choir, the fellowship and God's presence was amazing. God's word went forth and I was blessed. When you go to church looking for mess you find it. When you go looking for the Lord He is there, because He came with you. Then we all come together with a pure heart in worship and praise and get that corporate blessing. To anyone coming back to St. John for a visit, come back seeking the presence of the Lord not looking at people. First Lady Madison is a blessing to the people of St.John, she is a woman who loves God. If you don't like something she is doing, be obedient and pray for her. The bible tells us to pray for those in positions of authority. I am saddened that the people let the devil use them to bad mouth the body of Christ. What hurts one should hurt all. ...read more

I am not sure about the information provided below but I had a great time attending this church. I moved away but when I came back the place was lively, music was great, preaching was excellent and people were friendly. They also did a new construction project and the church looks great!
