Okay so I asked for a BALYAGE and the lady bleached my whole head platinum blonde. FRIED IT COMPLETLY and then cut 8 inches off after I said not to and blamed on me. I was extremely upset because I have been growing my hair out for 4 years and she cut it to my shoulders. :( my mom later went to complain and she clearly said it wasn't her problem and that it was what I wanted. When it wasn't, I showed her a picture and it was no where near close. I ended up getting my money back AFTER the lady and my mom and several other customers had my back that she messed up and totally messed my hair up. The guy also sucks. And they should definitely not be in business at all. Oh and yes we did speak to them in Vietnamese so it wasn't like a misunderstanding between languages.
