Okay so I asked for a BALYAGE and the lady bleached my whole head platinum blonde. FRIED IT COMPLETLY and then cut 8 inches off after I said not to and blamed on me. I was extremely upset because I have been growing my hair out for 4 years and she cut it to my shoulders. :( my mom later went to complain and she clearly said it wasn't her problem and that it was what I wanted. When it wasn't, I showed her a picture and it was no where near close. I ended up getting my money back AFTER the lady and my mom and several other customers had my back that she messed up and totally messed my hair up. The guy also sucks. It was quite a horrifying experience. It started out okay and the staff is friendly and seem to be listening to you but they are not. I had my brows waxed and told them to clean them up not to make them thin. I ended up with very thin brows. I asked them to cut my bangs to my eyebrows, they are sut to the middle of my forehead. "I found this salon via using bing search. I was pleasantly surprised upon immediately walking in the door. I was greeted by a very friendly man who's name was Nhan and he was very welcoming. The chairs are all new and very comfortable. Not crazy shaky like alot of chairs I've sat in before. The pedicurist was very nice and she did a great job.
