My mother had a heart attack they trasferred her ,, and when i called the next day they couldn't tell me where they refferred ,met oa # to call they were like huh? anyways they're so disorganized no beds for patients having a heart attack ? never will i take my family or anyine tehre i dont recommend that hospital ever to anyone!!!! ...read more

St. Joseph's ER is reported to be a fast track, however the patients remain waiting in ER for 10-15 hours. The ER staff are unprofessional and not experienced or educated to make decisions regarding a patents future care. Your ER staff have made unnessessary asumptions regarding patients in for ER care. I for one have been labled and noted that I am not allowed to be give pain medication without having a pain managment provider. I'm a professional and am employed in the medical field. I have no primary care provider and have suffered multiple injuries that I choose to keep confidential due to a conflict of interest. I have no recourse now to obtain care without insurance due to the uprofessional practices of your ER providers. This issue needs to be under-review to assit with providing appropriate care to your paying consumer's. Thank you for your consideration. Even thought the damage has been done.
