I have enjoyed my first year at Dahn Yoga. There is variety in each class, from brain wave vibration, breathing and energy meditation, Qi gong, body tapping and of course yoga postures, just to name a few. They stretch my body and my mind. I have taken many yoga classes and Dahn Yoga has helped me move past my limitations and my confidence has grown. Yeah! I came to Dahn Yoga because of pain on the left side of my body. I started using Arbonne about 2 months ago. Before Arbonne I had to quick wearing makeup because it caused my eyes to be itchy and burn a little. My face looked blah.. Now I wear makeup nearly everyday because it feels so good to be able to look good. I don't even notice the makeup is on. I have had random people come up to me and tell me my face looks like it is glowing. I have used the RE9 line, the makeup, the shampoo and conditioner, the detox line. I LOVE ARBONNE!!!!! Now, some of you know how I came to be as big as I am--was(!)--and some of you don't. Over the last 6 years I've had medical problems pop up that needed to be addressed. A lot of my treatments included steroid pills and injections...this in turn has made me pack on some serious pounds. Let's throw in some stress to the mix and injuries. I want 3 other people to get results--whatever their goal is. Whether that is losing the last of the baby pounds, 50 or more like myself, or just build/maintain their lean muscle that they already have.
