I ordered a flower arrangement for mothers day through their website (and I do mean their website) Grassi's calls me back up the next day and says I quote in a message "I don't know where "YOU" got your pricing but the arrangement you picked is more expensive and more expensive to deliver". I called back and said " I ordered and paid for it through your website" After he repeated the same tag line. I said that's not my fault it was the price I paid through your website? "Well I can give you less flowers or i can cancel the order". I stated that "you should honor the price I paid". He said I'll told you what I can do and I'm canceling the order.
