Queen Nails Offers Poor Customer Service When they Cut You. If you are searching for a nail salon, don't go here. One of the nail technicians cut my finger and made it bleed! After he cut me, he hastily left and I asked one of the other nail technicians where his license was because it was not visible. She told me he worked at a store in Gig Harbor. I then asked her which one and she said she did not know. In addition, they made me pay full price with a bleeding finger and ignored me when I asked to speak to the owner. If I were you and you were thinking about coming to this place with your bridesmaids, daughters, or girlfriends I would look elsewhere unless your willing to get cut by an un-licensed nail technician and pay full price. ...read more

Had the worse pedicure ever. Used a razor to scrape my feet and sliced a deep section off my toe. Had to go to the dr. and could not wear a shoe for a week. Not paying attention and rushing through the pedicure. Too many other good places with good prices to chance it here. ...read more
