Be very careful with this company. They brought a rental hospital bed for my dad for which they required advance payment. The bed they brought was low quality and tiny. It had no rails and no trapeze. We found that my dad could not safely get in and out of the bed. We called the same day it was delivered to let them know it was not going to work and arrange for a return. They are happy to take the return on the bed, but will NOT refund any of the first month rental fee. I could understand keeping some of the fee to cover the cost of delivery, but keeping the entire amount is blatantly dishonest.
