It is difficult to get the attention of their sales staff, even when there are more staff members than customers. Purchasing from them, double, no triple check your paperwork because they probably messed it up. Their service department, if you can get them to call you back, act like they know what they're doing, bit will refuse warranty work for no reason. As for their rider training courses, don't waste your time there. The instructor got so sidetracked during class that we got through the written part way late. Day 2 of the riding part, they double booked classes on the course so we sat around for 2 hours minimum waiting. Started at 8 am, left there at 7:20 pm. If you're just taking the riding portion, they may not tell you that you can useyour own bike, but you can. DO NOT USE THEIRS if you can avoid it, theirs suck and they wI'll not give you even a minute to get acquainted with their crappy bike. ...read more

I have taken multiple jetskis to mash, and even purchased one from the guys at mash. They have always given me the best price in town and get my parts back to me as soon as possible. Hard to find a shop that does as much as these guys do. My friends are all just as satisfied as I am. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a motorized toy! ...read more

I rode my Suzuki Katana 500 miles north to CDA to be at a family funeral. Found out I needed a new front tire. I called every motorcycle shop in the valley, CDA, Post Falls and Hayden. Finally found Ed's online and they were the only shop that had my tire in stock! Was not able to get in to the shop till Saturday morning and Ed's said no problem bring it in at 0800 and we could get it changed. Jason in the service department was awesome and got me all checked in Saturday morning and said he would have it done in 45 minutes! I went across the street and had a coffee at Starbucks walked back to Ed's and my bike was ready to go!! Made it back 500 miles to Mountain Home ID. with new tire and no worries. Thanks so much and Jason needs a good Christmas Bonus!!!!!!! ...read more

Went in to look around, was approached by guy named John. Was very friendly, and invited me to test drive a Triumph. I did, and am sold on it. So much of a good shop is the people running it, and after dealing with John, I won't step foot into any other shop in Spokane. Thanks John, you've won our loyalty, and Im sending friends. The guys at KDR don’t know what they’re doing. They had my scooter four times in five months and were NEVER able to resolve the problem. Every time I picked up, they said it was fixed, and the next day--every time--my scooter wouldn’t start. They have wasted a LOT of my time! ...and my scooter still sits idle in front of my house. ...read more

He fabricated up a set for me that not only worked for me but look killer!!!!!! The price was very reasonable too. If your looking for a set, call Mike and he'll get ya fixed up in no time........ ...read more

Great place to have your bike worked on. (They do snowmobiles as well but I have no experince with them in that). They answer your questions about everything bike related. Doesn't matter if you are an experinced rider or novice. As I ride an older bike which is hard to find parts for, these are the guys I call always. They know bikes. ...read more
