Sales department is good. Nice guy that Chad Fairchild. But that is the end of the good. They will lie to you about the real details in the warranties, their service department will not fix the problem, even after several attempts. They will try and find a way to make it so a warranty repair is your fault as you pay $125 an hour and the factory only $103.
