I resided at the Regency Park Apts for a total of 4 months living in this hell hole infested with bed bugs spending money I didn't have to try and rid of them Zanco properties would NOT allow a professional to come in and treat this problem correctly there fore forcing me to throw away my couch recliner bed s and dressers and move . It caused me many anxiety attacks and heart palpitations these people are the worst for take care of their tenants that pay their rent that ables them to keep their apts and other properties I would never refer anyone to rent from these people im so disgusted with all the money that I had to throw away and not a concern from them what so ever ...read more

do not move in with the zanco in it they will rip you off and dont care about properties i move in and my heaters when in the middle of winter it was so cold in there you could see you breath did not getthem fix untill summer they dont care about yhere properties ...read more
