Hi Ray, It's ME, Mike Houston,(with the 2 computers you've been fixing for awhile),... I was hoping to pick them up today,but don't want to waste yet another long-assed trip by bus all the way to your shop if your not in,didn't finish fixing the noisy one yet,or you didn't bring them in today as we planned when I was there last week.,...so if you see this,please call me.,(...it is usually I who wind up calling YOU).,...Please double check the newer computer to be absolutely sure it will go into sleep mode in the way it is intended to, ...I'll check it while there to pick them up too,but your checking again might save me another fruitless trip., Thanks Ray,...call me . ...read more

Last spring, I bought a battery for my motorcycle at Batteries Plus on north Division in Spokane – the best one they had for my model, with a year warranty. First problem – no connectors in the box, so I had to drive back to the store. That one wouldn’t hold a charge, even on a tender – replaced at 3 months. The second battery stranded me on the side of the road when the terminal broke off, in my bike, while I was riding. I got that one replaced on warranty at a Batteries Plus in a different city, but with tremendous grief and arguing. And this battery is not their “best” quality which I originally purchased. The staff were not knowledgeable at either store, and every time I’ve been in there, they are understaffed, not dealing with customers promptly or courteously.
