Nearly every time I have visited this store (in a three year period) the order has been wrong. Example, on way to work, order a Sausage McMuffin. Get to work, open bag, Sausage Biscuit. DOH! Not only do I get the wrong food, I sometimes get extra food I did not order and they charge me for it. Another time, I went through and asked for a larger cup of ice. Said I was willing to pay for it. They charged me full drink price and that was fine. They handed me a full Coke! When it's good, it's great. However, lately I've had a problem with them not getting my order right. Twice now I have ordered the "Double Layered Premium Pepperoni" specialty pizza and received a plain pepperoni. TWICE! This is unacceptable. I ordered online and have my receipt. I ordered the specialty pizza, the mistake was not on my end. The plain pepperoni is bland. I am disappointed once again with my Papa John's experience. ...read more

I was extremely disappointed when I was going about my usual routine for my 3 hour commute which should begin with coffee. I passed by the drive thru and the monitor was off, so I drove t through the window where I could see the female worker inside setting up- she either ignored me or did not see me. Then I decided to go inside- the doors were locked- I knocked and again I was ignored- and the hours of operation start at 5 AM- this was at 5:33 AM- needless to say on my quest for coffee I missed my bus.
