We sent a title for the 110cc and the atv is registered. The customer gave us a bad address and refuses to just go to the DMV to get the title reissued. We have talked on the phone repeatedly but we cannot sign for them at DMV. The Battery issue mentioned was a simple loose battery cable. The customer did not bring in the atv for warranty work or ask for a new part. We do our best but anyone with a grudge can write a bad review. i purchased two 4 wheelers last year (June 2011). I got the title for one quad (300cc). Never received the title or registration for the 110cc. I have called and asked Bruce but he never keeps his promise. Also, the 300CC was "jury rigged" at the battery consequently causing the new battery to be damaged, requiring replacement.
