Robert Suryan solved our problems with a Lutron system that we inherited from the previous owner of our condo. He did not give up until all our issues were fixed. He came twice and worked several times online to make sure all our Lutron shades and lights were working properly with our remotes and app. We recommend Robert without qualification. I brought in my camera for a "ball park" estimate of what it may cost to repair a camera that suddenly freezes up and the lcd displays a "lens error" message. My camera was never dropped or banged. There was no observable, external damage to my camera. Peter Priestley who works at the front desk was resistant to give me an idea of a cost range of repair, and told me I would have to leave the camera with them overnight. I was not called the next day so I showed up in the late afternoon to get the estimate and my camera, and he handed me a camera with a beat up lens housing and the lens was scratched and gouged. He refused to take resposibility for the damage, was rude, and when I implored that my camera was damaged while in his store, he refused to discuss and demanded that I leave his store. No discussion. Horrible, horrible, horrible service, if you can even call it that. Run the other direction and do not work with Urban Audio Design. They will take your money and not return your calls.
