Integra Telecom

Worst internet/phone provider in the small business market. It took nearly two months for them to get my internet working with any type of reliability. There were techs in and out of my office daily. On top of that every time it would rain my internet would go out. Every time I get a fax my internet drops. Nobody can tell me why after numerous complaints. One day my phone stopped accepting voicemail, I have no idea why and I didn't know until some customers began to complain. They fixed it eventually, then my internet started going bad again. It has gone out 5 times in 9 days. most of the time for at least 2 hours and twice it was most of the day. I finally got up enough frustration to cancel and THIS IS THE BEST PART! They told me it would be $3,000 to cancel because I have 2 years left on a 3 year contract and their cancellation policy is 100%. WOW I couldn't believe it. That's like Walmart saying "yeah you can return anything you want, but we won't give you your money back." These people are here to take your money and nothing else. Avoid them at all cost! ...read more

Keep very careful notes about your dealings with this cable company, and even then don't expect to get what they say you will. After two huge bills that did not reflect the bundle price I had been promised, and multiple phone calls trying to straighten it all out, the very best their 'ombudsman' could do was a higher price than had been promised. Of course all after quitting my old cable company and two months of service. \t\n\t\nWhether intentional bait and switch policy or simple refusal to stand by promises that all acknowledged were documented in Frontier call records, this is bad, bad customer relations at a time when such failings can be expected to be highlighted online. I hope they get the message and step up and do the right thing by their next customer. ...read more

We used to use Speakeasy, then transferred to Integra since they offered a 20% discount on their T1 service. An absoultely HORRIBLE decision on my part. Our T1 line is down at least 3-4x a month, in the past few days, it's been down every night. They provide all sorts of excuses. They actually sent their marketing director and VP to our office one day and they didn't even have a clue that we were having problems since we transferred. They were all smiles and said "We'd like to hear about the great service we're providing and if you could spread the word around..." . After I told them of our problems and poor customer service, they left asap. We're transferring to Comcasts copper service next month. ...read more
