i wouldnt even want to give them a star rating cause the services you get over the phone is horrible and they never answer the phone or call you back i been calling this place for 2 weeks and i have only one call back and when i finally got through i talk to a lady called Shannon she was rude and wasnt helpful, she was a person who thought she knew it all...she said my insurence wouldnt cover the treatment which was wrong cause i called my insurance and yes they would cover it, then she said he couldnt have a court order and I told her many times he didnt....I just dont understand why they would have someone like that working their, they suppose to be helping you and all i got was rude and a person who thinks she knows it all....hell she doesnt know what we have and what my insurance does....i was treated horrible from Shannon and she upset me....after many phone calls the last 2 weeks ....i finally called another place and i got him in right away that;s what you call services and person on the other end was nice and very helpful and understanding....so SHannon I hope you can sleep at nights....I wouldnt hire you anywhere.... ...read more
