A man driving a truck with the Gary Meyers Handyman logo was driving through a neighborhood in West Seattle this morning. He took a corner very slowly and threw something out of his window. When I approached the street, I could see that he dumped his entire cup of liquid filled with cigarette butts in the middle of a residential street. He pulled in front of a house a block away. I approached the truck and asked the man if he lived in the neighborhood. He suggested that he lived somewhere near. I then asked him to pick up his cigarette butts from the street. He refused to make eye contact with me, but grabbed a container from the back of his truck and walked toward his trash in the street.
