Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I live in Lacey, Wa. I just called the McDonald's there. My son is locked out of his vehicle (and his phone is in his truck) and I am 70 miles away. I called to see if I could get a message to my son. The manager there, Arisellie (not sure of the spelling) told me I could not talk to him, nor could I leave a message for her to give him. Even after I explained our situation that I was 70 miles away. What kind of customer service are they teaching your employees to provide to their customers? My husband then called to ask and speak to the manager. She told him she was the manager, when he asked how to spell her name, she hung up on him. This is absolutely ridiculous.
