I lived in this apartment complex with my former fiance and his father. We were not the best tenants and thats a fact. Gale was more than willing to help those who would help themselves, but would not allow any bs no matter how fond she was of you. She made that clear and would always follow through. She was good at taking care of whatever needed taken care of when it came to those apartments. I dont feel its nosiness when the responsibility of the property and anything that happens there falls on the management before it falls on the tenants. The worse apartment management .... !!! EVER!!! Today they towed my car without notice just because they had to cut some trees ... And I had to pay $300 to get my car back after one hour ! What kind of manager is this to do such things to his clients ? Now I'm freaking out to park anywhere neer the space I " call home" ...read more

I have been living at the emerald heights for less than a year and already have had the keys given to some pest control guy that was given unauthorized access to our apt. the next day 3 gold necklaces have gone missing. A month later someone stole a tire off my car sitting in the parking lot. Now we pay for parking here and are "supposed" to have security that monitors our lots... see how well that worked. Upon reporting this to the office the staff laughed at me and went back to work completely ignoring me. I asked what they were going to do and he said "nothing" he can "make a report" but only after i make a police report... which is in process. there are countless other times that we have dealt with the rude staff here between losing our mail and claiming to have "never received it" even though it had been signed for...
