I think the reason I like living at Sammamish Ridge is the feeling of community here. The staff go out of their way to help you when situations arise. The apartments are spacious and the location cannot be beat. I can walk to QFC or Marymoor Park. And if you refer a friend they pay a decent referral bonus. Sammamish Ridge Apartments is the BEST place to live in Redmond, especially if you're a DigiPen student! From the first day I moved into the apartment, the property manager helped me himself to move in my stuff because the truck could not park near the apartment. It's very rare to actually get assistance from the property manager himself and from that day on, I only have great things to say about the management and staff. My apartment was a brand new 2 bed/2 bath that was quiet and I never had any problems with it the entire year I lived there. The management staff helped me so much and they really do try to help DigiPen students as much as possible and really enjoy us renting from them.
