Will promise you that they'll customize the new home to your preference, but make many expensive structural mistakes that cost the buyer big money to fix after you've moved into the home. Thank you and your Infrared technicians and the outstanding job they have performed for us over the years. The IR Inspections for moisture intrusion-energy loss on the condo and commercial office properties we are called on to inspect have proven time and time again to be amazingly accurate and useful. The promptness and the detail of the reporting has saved us and especially our clients tens and often times hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary demolition of good construction materials. IR inspection has made location of water leak problems a much more accurate determination; enabling our clients to plan and budget for the prioritization of necessary repairs. And the visuals of the energy loss inspections have been most impressive to our clients. Non-invasive IR Inspection is the most effective, cost efficient and accurate method of making such determinations.
