Called to schedule an appointment on the 18th for a voucher purchased on Amazon Local that expires on the 20th. Being that the next available appointment wasn't until the 24th I was told my voucher was no longer good but could use the amount paid towards services. My bad for waiting until 2 days before the expiration, but a reputable company would honor a voucher if called in prior to expiration and they did not have an opening prior. Unfortunately I will never know how the services are at this Salon, so to be fair my rating is strictly on their owner operation and not the quality of service by a sylist. ...read more
