Firstly, if there were a 0 stars option, I would have selected it. I am a local business owner in puyallup wa. I own multiple stores in the area. When I first opened my store in Puyallup, I decided that I would use BofA for my banking and merchant services. HUGE mistake. The incompetence I encountered from the beginning to the end of the process was shocking. They literally couldn't get anything right...and I mean nothing happened in an orderly or professional way. After 2 days of processing with them, I closed the account and sent everything back. I don't trust them to handle my money properly. 3 months later they are still trying to charge me additional fees associated with my initial applications and paperwork.
