Customer service over the phone is horrible or non-existent. Long computerized answering with many options and no useful information. I was moved around from the local branch for about 5 minutes - requesting and apparently rigning to a "person" until I was directed to the corporate. Corporate had me on hold for a while until a computer informed me that I would ave to wait another 4 minutes. This is unacceptable. Ranks with the poorest service I have experienced. THANK GOODNESS - I only do business with you for a safe deposit box and I do my real banking at a credit union where I get real customer service. ...read more
