This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. I recommend you find another computer store to service your needs. We had an all in one Dell touch screen go bad. We took it over to creative computer. They sat on it for 2 weeks without looking at it. When they finally got around to looking at it, they determined the screen was bad and recommended that we buy a new CPU. We asked that they transfer the files to a external hard drive and they agreed to. A couple days later my wife called to see if the work was done and they guy said he didn t know anything about it and to call back later when the other guy was there. Again, my wife called back the next day and magically they couldnt find the computer at all. That s when I got involved and (again) magically it reappeared. When my wife went over to shop to pick up the CPU and the hard drive and they somehow charged us twice because they were having problems with their credit they refused to refund so our bank went after them and we got our money back ...read more

Accidentally got water in the back of my computer. Panicked becuz I had the book I was writing on my hard drive with no backup. Took a chance on Creative Computers. Daniel was awesome! Looked at my puter right away and discovered it was fried. WAS able to save data on my hard drive and gave me a FREE backup with my hard drive installed. Can't recommend high enough.
