I'd recommend Best Services to anyone who has a computer need of any kind. I recently saw Steve handily deal with a software issue for a (very) senior citizen using an obscure Linux OS on an ancient IBM. I can guarantee this is a guy who'll stay up late nights drinking quadruple lattes until your problem is fixed, or your system or network is built and running right.
