at first i liked this place, i thought they did a great job, then just a few days after having my nails done i noticed that the acrylic started to lift around the edges of my nail i didnt really think anything of it until the whole nail started to lift. i went went into Top Nails to have them fixed i told the lady that it had been about a week that i had my nails done and they were starting to lift on almost all of the nails, she fixed them and i was thankful, when i wen to pay her she told me she did it for free but not to return. SO if you have a problem with one of their nails and you go to them to have them fixed they will ask you not to RETURN. i also noticed that thier acrylic doesnt have a smell, which GOOD acrylic smells and im figuring thats why my nails started to lift. if you want somewhere cheap and unperfetional then this is the place. ...read more

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. Queen Spa is the closest to my house, so I have been here twice, and both times I have regretted it. The first time the girl dropped her drimmel on my hand and cut my finger open, then refused to give me any kind of discount. Being and optimist I gave them another chance and went for a pediure, where the girl didn't have the skill to do a design in the colors I picked, then over charged me for her services, and as soon as I got home my toes started to bleed and ache so I can hardly walk. I called the spa to tell them about my issues, and they refused to give me any kind of refund unless I take time off work to visit them when it's convienant for them.
