How dare you claim to be a full service florist, or florist PERIOD for that matter. My brother spent $60.00 ordering what he thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet to be delivered this past Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. He was told that would be no problem- When the flowers had not arrived by Sunday, I called the 539-9015 # in the phone book and was routed to an801 area code number, and was told that they could let me kn ow the status on his order. They were not taking calls, which left me with noone to talk to about the problem. They finally arrived on Monday around 4 p.m and the flowers should have been in the garbage, not a $60.00 arrangement. The 2 stems of whote mums were all drown and dying, the 3 roses plucked to deathe and near dead, the greens dry and leaves falling off, plus a token stem of minicarns---You should be ashamed of yourselves for letting nsomething like that out the door, even for $5.00, not to mention $60.00 I am very disgusted with A FLowers ...read more
