The reps at thie office told me to call comcast customer service to cancel my service request, they said they were going to transfer my service at not charge, they said they will come to my place to active everything at not charge, It was all a lie. I called comcast directly and they say all the fees were included in my bill and that i will have to pay. so i had to cancel everything and start from scratch. I had a horrific experience with the Geek Squad (the first of poor geek squad experiences in the Olympia are).
