I highly recommend this business. Unlike other companies where you have to make yourself available for 3 or 4 hour appointment windows, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, at a specific time. Mike P. provided impressive, timely and professional service and was able to repair our malfunctioning furnace for less than the competitors flat-rate-show-up fees. This has to be the most unorganized place I've ever done business with. Had them service my Husqvarna lawnmower because they were the closest authorized repair facility. First, they gave me about three hours notice before coming to pick it up. When they did pick it and get it back to the shop, they could never provide an estimated completion date. After "fixing" it, they returned it to me (approximately 4 weeks later, and only after me constantly calling to find out the status on the repairs). Again, only about 4 hours notice before delivery. Once it arrived, the repairs were still not complete. They picked it up again (with guess how much notice... yep, four hours this time). Another three weeks and now total of five times I've borrowed my neighbor's mower, they finally completed the repairs (I hope). Just called and let me know they're delivering tomorrow. The end? Let's hope so. I never want to do business with these people ever again! ...read more

I believe in recycling whenever possible. When I needed a washer and dryer I went to Mud Bay Appliance. They were a pleasure to work with and helped me find a washer and dryer in my price range. The owner came to my home and installed them the next day. They have a good warranty, which I haven't needed to use - the washer and dryer have worked beautifully.
